Very good location, small boutique, charming hotel with very good restaurant and rooftop terrace.

Very clean and nice hotel, close to tube and lots of bars and restaurants, close to St Paul's and Sky Garden, service very good, especially the restaurant staff.

We went for my partner's bday and let them know it is his bday and we did not receive any little bday gift such as a little cake or something in the room as we would have expected especially from a high end hotel. But nevertheless the food in the restaurant was very good and staff very nice and friendly.

The location of the hotel is ideal.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Just steps from the Thames and shopping areas, but very quiet. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot for a drink or dinner. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely return.

It would be great if breakfast were included.

Incredible experience, start to finish!

Everything was breathtaking; the reception, the halls, the room - the bath even had a TV in it! We were upgraded as it was my birthday, everyone was warm and friendly, and the bed was CRAZY comfy.

The only inconvience was the location, as all the shops nearby were closed on Sunday morning due to being next to St Paul's - however this has nothing to do with the hotel!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and great rooms.

Loved the greenery in the main communal areas. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Really nice hotel. Close to lively Borough Market for day & night eats and treats.

As a 5* hotel the bar should have been open late for residents. We had to ask and the staff were helpful but you would expect it to be ready for residents.

Great service, spacious room (three televisions, including one over the bathtub). Magazines, complimentary minibar, stylish decor. Helpful staff, newspaper delivery to your door, 24 hour room service.

Ordered a drink with my room service meal but didn’t get it. Not that big of deal, but that’s about the only negative.

Polished hotel with great staff on quiet City street.

Great rooftop restaurant. Friendly staff. We were able to check in early by having a different room to the one we actually booked. It turned out to be a disabled room, which was very well equipped for a disabled guest. Room service was very prompt. Very easy to get the tube at Mansion House or Bank.

Nothing to be done about it, and reflected in the weekend rate, but the area is very, very quiet at weekends (difficult to find anywhere open, even a pub, within a short walk).

Fantastic boutique hotel

The location is fantastic, staff so helpful and the views from roof terrace are unbelievable. The room was so beautiful and comfortable.

No iron in the room but we asked for one and it was delivered to the room fairly quickly.

My stay was not as expected given the hype. Style over substance.

Beautiful decor. Attentive and pleasant staff.

There was a loud whining noise in the pipes whenever (seemingly) another room used their bathroom/turned taps on; loud enough to disturb sleep. The anti-slip imbedded into the bath is really uncomfortable/irritating, which meant an unpleasant and un-relaxing bath. Windows do not open and so without the air-con on, the room becomes really warm and stuffy quite quickly. However, the air-con (in my room) is situated by the bed, which means that you end up with cold air blowing in your face / head whenever you lay in bed. Not ideal at all. Breakfast (scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and toast) delivered to the room was cold.

Sunny weekend in London

We were charmed by this hotel. Real attention to detail with very thoughtful touches. It was beautiful. Every member of staff were a pleasure to deal with; nothing was too much trouble. Comfy bed, lovely shower, and margarita was so delicious I had two.
